Touchretail are continuously adding new Features and Apps. These by default are not added to User Groups, these need to be added if you want your users to have access to them. We do not automatically set these as standard because there may be users that do not have rights to view these.

Adding Features to User Groups:

  1. Go to  Assets > Devices
  2. Select your User Group (or the one you wish to change) on the right hand side and left click the cog
  3. Select the Authorise Apps tab
  4. Scroll through and tick the Apps and Features required > OK
  5. Close out of TRIMS and log back in again

Members of these User Groups will now have access to these Features and Apps.
